Several organizations and companies are offering
emergency business assistance. To help your business find the right
sort of assistance, DbC has culled links to government agencies
and also to organizations in the Internet and IT community with
business relief programs. DbC will maintain this page till the material
needs abate.
FEMA has redesigned their Web site so nothing is where it was. The
information is better organized, partly because so much has been
excised. However, there is an excellent reference
page listing the plethora of assistance organizations, the programs
they administer, and their contact information.
After having been earlier so directly solicitous of business owners,
the FEMA site now appears to palm them off to the SBA, SEMO, and
NYC (see below).
However, any business in need of financial assistance should first
register with FEMA. FEMA is now taking business information and
distributing applications at just one NYC location, 141 Worth St.
You can register by telephone at .

FEMA has obligated more than $970 million to date to the state of
New York for emergency response and recovery work.

prepared by PricewaterhouseCoopers can be found here.
